by commissioning you confirm and agree to the following terms of service.

disregarding the terms of service will result in you being blacklisted from my commissions.

The commissioner by commissioning me agrees to have their piece used in art examples.

My art will never be put into any generative AI, I will not work on AI generated designs.

When sharing your commission credit me properly with @Ørchard or @fatevilbear.

Do not use my art for commerical use, discuss with me about a commerical fee before commissioning me.

I retain all rights to my artwork

Payment only after the sketch is shown to the commissioner.

Refund will not be issued unless I am unable to finish the art piece after sketch phase, or if the progress has halted after the 1 month time period.

do not put in a commission request unless you for sure have the funds to pay for it, if you are ready to message for a commission I expect the payment to be available whenever I send the sketch.

Retraction of payment after receiving the full product will result in blacklisting and reporting.

Revisions for sketch must be given when the sketch is shown, if they are not mentioned by the flat-color it will not be altered further. revisions on coloring may vary depending on the complexity.

Editing your commissioned piece is allowed as long as it's not to reverse engineer my style or ych. permitted forms of editing are: hue-shifting, color-grading, putting decorative frames around the art, video edits, please ask if you are unsure if your edit would be included in the permitted segment.
